The entire process was effortless, with outstanding customer service, communication, and promptness. Two toilets were installed, and the estimate and scheduling were quick and easy. Mike Yetter from Zoom Drain performed a pipe clean and inspection prior to selling a house we own. He was highly professional, and did a great job with a detailed analysis and walk through regarding the state in which the piping was in. I have had several plumbers come out over the years for this house, but this was the first time we had the roots cut out of the pipe from mature trees in lake highlands area. Not only was the price excellent, but honest.
