I tried to hire LGC to install an ice machine. When the tech arrived he gave me several reasons why the job could not be done and it needed an estimate. They leave and then I receive an invoice for $392 with no attached estimate. I complain that there was no work done, but rather a survey for the estimate to which they decided to not provide an estimate at all. The estimator called to again complain which resulting in a verbal altercation.
I would make sure your expectation are clear and the billing is clear prior to hiring LGC to perform any work.

Being responsible for commercial buildings I look at not just cost for a job but also, almost more importantly, communication. Clear communication with the techs is imperative and LGC has not disappointed. The techs will always give detailed explanations of what they will need to do to resolve the plumbing problem and offer options if applicable. I've never felt any of my questions were not answered. I believe their prices to be reasonable and they will always give a proposal when requested. Their service is stellar. To top it off, someone will always answer the phone!

I had a very disappointing experience. The plumber came in for less than five minutes, failed to identify the problem, and still billed me for 1.75 hours of service. I have video evidence confirming how brief the visit was. I later had to call my AC technician, who quickly found the real issue—a broken exhaust pipe on the roof—and fixed it right away. I would not recommend this company due to the lack of proper diagnosis and the inaccurate billing
