“I have been taking my pets to Midway Hollow for over a decade. appointments are super easy. The staff is ridiculously warm and caring. The doctors I all trust completely. My last visit gave me sticker shock. My cat had a sprained paw, so an x-ray was definitely needed to see if there was a break...but $170.00 for one? With visit, antibiotic for a paw puncture, pain med, x-ray, and I was presented with a bill for $392.00. I felt victimized. They have this huge renovation going on with the office. I guess I am paying for their new wing. Disgruntled client.“

“The staff is super friendly, they serve you very quickly even if you don't have an appointment and it's an emergency, my cat Willy had a fight with another cat and got infected and Emily and Jessen were very kind and explained the process to me, super kind to Willy, very professional, thank you for your help and being very kind to my Willy.“

“Preston Royal Animal Clinic is one of the best vet clinics. Our pets are always excited to see the ladies at the front desk. They are excited to see our pets calling them by name gives our team the royal treatment. (Which is always what you need for your four-legged pets. Then, once in the room, Dr. Thomas and her techs have our pups' best interests and keep us informed. She lets us know all the options for their health and is honest about what we should do. It's an easy choice to take our family members to Preston Royal Animal Clinic“

“I never write reviews. We went to the Dallas Animal Urgent Care on LBJ & Preston on a Sunday morning. Our dog had tore his back toe nail out so that it went under and stuck into his paw . He could not walk and was in pain. This had happened Saturday, the day before, but we hesitated to go to an emergency vet because we have gone to one before and it cost over $1,000 !
We called first and they were very nice. We walked in and immediately were checked in and put in a room. Within 15 minutes a vet ( not a tech - I asked if he was a vet)came in and we discussed the situation . They took my dog back , fixed his toe, showed us the nail , and discussed after care .
We were in and out in one hour! It cost $130.00 dollars.
We were extremely happy with the entire situation , the care, the people, and the outcome.

“I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. From routine checkups to having to put my dog down, they have always shown the upmost knowledge and care. All of the front staff, vets, techs, etc are wonderful, but specifically I cannot commend Dr. Vrla enough. She is the most intelligent and compassionate person, and especially vet. If your dog has an issue she will get to the cause and get it fixed, and also keep you informed the whole way. She helped solve a terrible ear problem my dog had, along with many other issues-each was done in the most proactive and cost effective way. I just had to put my dog down and she, along with the rest of the staff, made a difficult decision as easy and smooth as it could have been. I cannot recommend this place, but especially Dr. Vrla, to enough people.“

“This is an excellent clinic to take your pet for treatment. I have been seeing Dr. Montgomery and Dr. Mueller for over four years now. I initially established care with my senior Weimaraner Murphy (who has since passed away) and with my current Weimaraner, Kevin. I am so happy with the level of care they have given. The whole team is amazing… I adore Lara, Aly, Jennifer, Mariah, Paola, Johanna and everyone else who has taken such great care of Kevin. They have provided routine wellness checks, vaccinations, dental surgery as well as emergency care. As a physician myself, I recognize the care is phenomenal. “We saw a new vet today who was great, Dr Coville, but I'd avoid Dr Tsai at all costs. Dr Tsai seemed like he simply didn't care when he was asked questions, he messed up our shot records, set up an appointment for us and when we showed up said it was a mistake, he diagnosed our dog with Coccidia then didn't give proper meds for him despite telling us a worm med would fix him up. Luckily Dr Coville got us fixed up today but we wouldn't have come back if it were only Tsai. Techs and front office are always great tho, literally only Dr Tsai who I recommend avoiding.“
