Something about skin is the best medspa I have ever entered. Cathy (the owner, “the skin whisperer”) is phenomenal and her staff is so knowledgeable. I received laser hair removal and did an IV and will definitely be back. Thanks SAS!

Went in today for a customized facial and it completed blew my expectations. Rachel took care of me and I adored her! She was so thorough with all the steps and gave me great recommendations for my rosacea. I can’t wait to go back to get my brows laminated and another facial from Rachel. Brooke did an amazing job in helping me chose some products and explaining the concept. ❤️

Incredible med spa! They do more than skin treatments. I have had my hair done in their Hair salon many times over the years, enjoyed their IV bar and they now have a nail salon open late as well as spray tan, lashes and brows. Friendly staff, amazing owners and located 3 minutes from downtown. Lots of free parking in the quiet neighborhood of south Dallas called The Cedars.
