Dallas Scottish Rite for Children is a hospital described as great, wonderful, and a blessing. The facility is very clean, super easy to park, and easy to find your way around, with staff available to take you where you need to go. Every visit is reported as wonderful, with everything being quick. All the staff are consistently noted as amazing, the best, cheerful, welcoming, respectful, kind, friendly, and a joy to be around. They are very cheerful from the moment you walk in, with lovely people who greet you. The staff not only cares about your child but also about the parents and caregivers, going above and beyond to offer all the support you need. The line of service is excellent, with staff always providing five-star or better service no matter what. The doctors are wonderful, doing everything possible to help, and explaining everything very clearly. The nurses, including the infusion nurses, are the best and make sure everything runs smoothly, forming a great team with the doctors. Families feel incredibly grateful and blessed, reporting that their children are treated amazingly. Many state they wouldn't want the experience anywhere else, definitely recommend the hospital, and consider the staff to have become like family.

My daughter had a spinal fusion last week. We have been with them since she was 12 and she's 17 now. This hospital is amazing. The nurses, the doctors, the surgery, the facility, the security team, the volunteers are all fantastic. They listen and they care and their employees STAY and that speaks volumes about how they are happy and love their job. We were so blessed to be there and she is doing amazing! Thank you!
