As traditional as Okinawan karate gets. Many of the senseis trained with Eizo Shimabukuro himself. Senseis are trained to teach all skill levels, adults and children. Children's classes are well organized and run by exemplary senseis. Great program to teach your kids responsibility and discipline while getting them a good workout!
Amazing dojo with a great community-oriented vibe. Totally developmentally appropriate for kids and adults of all ages, backgrounds, abilities.
