Positive, calm energy in this space.
Love how they keep it humble and minimalist.
Bob sensei is a wonderful human.
It's great that they allow anyone to come and observe their classes before one decides to commit.
Can't wait to visit again.
I have practiced here off and on since the early 90's. Same instructors and senior staff. Wonderful people! Beginners start any time, any age. Excellent martial art for conditioning and flexibility. I find it is a great way to get rid of stress. Practice helps to clear my mind, one class at a time. Come watch a class!
