Joe his crew was absolutely FANTASTIC! He did such an incredible job matching the old hardwood perfectly and was so nice and a great pleasure to work with. I wouldn’t want to have anybody else put in our hardwood! Our 4 bedrooms now look so great!
Joe Robbins refinished the floors in our house twenty years ago. They were atill in good shape except for damage caused by a pet rodent that urinated on the floors causing very dark spots which would not sand out. Joe replaced the marred wood and resanded the entire roon and the adjacent room, restaining and putting on a sealer and two coats of water based finish.. The floors match perfectly with the floors in the other rooms. Joe knows hardwood floors and the repaired area where the wood was replaced looks just like the rest of the rooms floors.
Joe and his team were great to work with; it’s obvious how much he cares about his work. We initially called him in to repair some damage on our wood floor due to a water leak, but they did such a good job repairing and refinishing the floors in our kitchen and family room that we asked them to come back and re-sand, re-stain, and re-finish the rest of the ground floor!I had been pretty worried about the mess and the smell (I’d had floors refinished in other houses and was cleaning up the dust for days), but they used some new sanding machine that contained almost all the dust; in fact, all the plastic they put up to protect my furniture and cabinetry almost seemed...read full review
