“Sadly, I have complicated eyes: (high prescription, progressives, prism), and frankly I'm tired of the quality I've gotten out of Warby Parker. I finally decided to step up to a higher quality of optician. I ordered new glasses right as Kim and the new team were taking over this business, and initially there was a little hangup with the lens order (no fault from them, problems at the factory).To say they went above and beyond in terms of customer service, is putting it mildly. They made sure my super complicated prescription was cut right (it wasn't the first try due to a factory problem). They managed me through the process, and they made sure I was happy.Since then, both my wife and I have gotten new glasses (my second pair) from them, and their service is absolutely unbelievable. I'm fussy about my eyes. If what you want is the best quality lenses done right, I highly recommend them.“
