Pretty much the only place I would go to to shop for glasses, the prices are getting a bit higher than they used to be (they still have glasses for under $100 but many more styles are $150+) but the staff is always very helpful whether you need advice on what looks good or if you just want to browse they are never aggressive at making a sale. They basically will order your glasses on an iPad mini online. My favorite way to shop is find styles I like on the website and then go in store to try them on and order. This is the best location and gave an unlimited variety when choosing new glasses. All workers were fantastic and assisted when getting new glasses in quite some time. Made the experience easy overall. Would recommend and go back again.
I stopped by the store for a simple glasses adjustment. However, my nearly decade old Warby broke during the process. Caroline provided extensive knowledge about the solutions I could take. And because of her help, I am satisfied with my soon to be replacement! Honestly, I couldn't be happier that my glasses broke to receive the excellent service and care that Caroline gave. She was able to make the best out of an unfortunate situation.
