I just wanna say thank you to the technician on Sunday who worked on my trailer and Dallas Thermoking . The technician who worked on my trailer I can’t believe it’s 21 with all that knowledge what a great kid very polite. I will be back again to get work done at your facility.

I received excellent customer and friendly service from Kay, made me feel like home while my trucks APU was getting work on.

Chris took very good care of me when it came to reassuring me the problem with the
red triangle-ALT on my APU wouldn’t be a big issue. He was RIGHT! It was only a torn to pieces belt. He always told me he took care of the panel that was falling down. Most importantly, I appreciate the warm and friendly service Chris showed to me. DEFINITELY EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH! :)
