Casey from Son of Man Air & Heat did a fantastic job for me! On the initial visit, he diagnosed why my upstairs unit wasn't cooling as it should and determined that there was a refrigerant leak in the coils. Fortunately, my unit was still under warranty from Trane. Casey handled the warranty claims for both the coil and the compressor and did a great job with installation. The second floor of my house now feels nice and cool, even in the peak afternoon Texas heat.

Writing this as they're applying the finishing touches on our new AC unit.

So we had some AC problems and the first technician came take a look and they replaced an old part. The air felt coolish and we though it would just take time to get colder. Absolutely not the case, it kept at stayed at around 80 degrees. Next day, the same technician came out and put in some freon. Fast forward about two hours and we hear a loud noise from my AC unit, I guess something literally blew up, the grass around the AC unit has turned yellow. So I'm think screw this technician
