“I would like to commend Tommy H. for providing excellent customer service on August 18th. He is truly an experienced technician. He was very thorough in diagnosing the problem with my refrigerator and took the time to show me the part that had burned out.
He came prepared with his own towel, light, and fan to help melt the ice. When he finished, he cleaned the freezer area and carefully put everything back together.
I really appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Tom is an excellent technician and provided outstanding service.”
