“I called Steve King regarding a leaky exterior faucet that was getting progressively worse with time. “Wanted to share of my AWESOME experience with J&S Plumbing Services and Ivan Ibarra! There was an issue that was left by the builder and Ivan came over to resolve the issue. When I would open the hose, some water would come out but when I would close it, it would immensely splash a lot of water out every time! It was truly annoying!

He analyzed what was going on with my exterior water hose water connection, determined the issue, and replaced the damaged piece with a new one. He was very PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTIVE, and RESPONSIVE!

He notified me of what had happened and I was glad Ivan would be able to fix the issue right away showing he was EFFECTIVE and EFFICIENT in his work! Very glad they also came quick after being notified and let me know of the expectations of the job to get that up and running again without any more leaks.
