Swisher Dental continues to provide me with a professional yet personable experience every time I have an appointment. I have been a patient with Dr. Thai for almost two decades and have not ever had a negative experience with the staff, even through some difficult dental situations.
My daughter was extremely scared of the dentist, but Liz and Dr. Lanka Sravani were incredibly patient and understanding. They reassured her every step of the way and never rushed her. They calmly said, “It’s okay, she’ll let us know when she’s ready,” which made her feel very comfortable and safe. Liz was so sweet and funny—she even sang “The Final Countdown” to help distract and cheer up my daughter! It really helped lighten the mood. I truly appreciate the care and kindness they showed us. Thank you for making a difficult experience so much easier!
Dr. Lanka and Linh, her dental hygienist, are wonderful! They are knowledgeable and have great bedside manner, and are also patient with my occasional lapses in my dental care! I never dread going to see them unlike other dental offices in the past. The staff at the front desk are also wonderful and always kind.
