Dr. Richey-Smith is a great, caring doctor with lots of patience and good bedside manners. She pin pointed problems even before taking X-rays, and she is an outstanding surgeon who has changed lives by giving people the ability to walk normally again. Her work is perfect. The staff are so nice, including Cassie, Megan, and the front receptionist Samantha, who was very nice and accommodating. There is no long waiting in the lobby or exam rooms. Patients have absolute trust in the doctors and are very glad they returned, as other podiatrists did not address their foot problems. This team provides great care from great people.
I had a great experience at this office! Doctor Richey-Smith treated my ingrown toenail and made the entire process quick, easy, and comfortable. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment.
The office staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone was professional, kind, and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent podiatric care!
