We were taken in immediately since we had an appointment however for sports Physical form they needed the student have glasses on them even if it’s reading. This made me run around to get the glasses. I wish they would upfront stating even if we are wearing reading glasses to get it along v/s checkin and half way through stating we need to see the glasses and have patients run around.

Best haircut i've had in 20 years. I've been getting frustrated with how my haircuts have turned out at some other shops, and couldn't figure out what to do about it. Jake took the time to listen to what I didn't like about my cut and showed me a better way to part it and style it. He's very meticulous and your hair is gonna come out looking really clean. He has his barber license so he can do straight razor shaves (Floyd's barber shop couldn't do that when I went there last time), which is a plus. I had to schedule an appt, but I think that's actually better than walk-in tbh b/c he doesn't rush through your haircut. 5/5 highly recommend.

Edgar and crew did a great job replacing the floor in our rental home that had just undergone extreme foundation repair. When his team found the concrete slab to be damp and in bad condition, they took the time to properly prepare it for the rather expensive vinyl slats we were using to replace the old floors. Great job and positive attitude. I have a property management company and know good work when I see it.
Sergio tuned and repaired our son’s piano. Some of the keys were not working and he took the time to fix them all. We were very happy with his service. Great communication, patient, and informative. His price is also very reasonable! We will be requesting his service again in the near future.

My sons and I have been going to Coppell Barbershop for years. Beyond the great job they do, the atmosphere is top notch, from the old fridge stocked with beer, soft drinks, and even a selection of bourbons and scotch, it is not just a haircut, it's an experience. Be forewarned though. It's popular on Friday and Saturday, so you might have to wait a while. The wait is worth it.
We love Devon, he’s been cutting my boys hair for a while. Short, med and long haired, curly and straight! He’s great and cool too.

With an appointment, I've never had to wait, they don't put you in a chair to wait for 30 min like the large shops do. Sonny is one of the best nail techs I have had. He treats his customers with dignity and respect. He always keeps to time, which is a big plus fir me. He also does excellent work. My nails can lady up to one month without damage. He is the best

I had such a great experience with Stacy! I had stopped getting my lashes done because my sensitive eyes made it such an uncomfortable process. With Stacy, I barely felt a thing; she was so gentle and made the whole appointment relaxing. She delivered exactly the look I wanted, and her speed, skill, and quality make her prices more than reasonable.
I get my classic lashes from Ava and I’m in love. They look amazing. This is the first time ever that my lashes stays on for three weeks and they look great the whole time. Ava is super gentle and an amazing lash artist.

This was my first facial and I was impressed!Mia was so friendly when she greeted me and Haley did my facial, an arms, and foot massage, hot wax on my hands! I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing and my face feels and looks amazing as well as soft!
Autumn is amazing! This is the second time I have ever gotten my hair colored/highlights done. When asking what I wanted in terms of highlights, I wasn’t sure and fully trusted Autumn’s suggestions. No regrets on that! I love my hair she factored in how the color would look with my hair straight and with my natural curls. Did not even have to second guess scheduling my follow up appointment for the touch ups in the future

Angie is so awesome! We have a son who is very sensitive when it comes to haircuts and she is super patient with him. I don’t think he’ll ever get his haircut from anyone else for the rest of his life! Bri has been taking care of my brows for 3 years now. Hard to believe this much time has gone by since I found her. Through the years booking has always been super easy and pricing is great. The results are always on point. I have a lot of scarring running through my left eyebrow and between both brows and it makes shaping a little more challenging, but not for Bri. I’ve never left her feeling like even a single hair could’ve been different. She knows how to make my brows lay just right so that the jagged scarring is nearly invisible even without makeup. Not only has she taken perfect care of my brows and face, but she’s also partly served as a therapist for me and a great comic relief through some really tough years for me. Highly recommend Bri for all of your brow care and body waxing needs!

I found hygienist Lacy to be quick and efficient. Dr. Gibson was thorough and professional. The exam room, office and patient area appeared clean and organized.
4/2023 I had 2 adjacent crowns replaced. Tricky, but the Dr. Gibson and assistants made for a great experience in dental care.
10/2023 An older crown fell off. I got an appt the next day, and Dr Gibson and staff secured the crown and explained further treatment that might be necessary.
2/2025. Dr. Gibson has started his own practice in Keller. Lacy was on vacation, and Danielle did a wonder job. Dr. Nguyen review and all looked well. Very efficient and tidy.

I went to Core Physical Medicine in Coppell today for an initial assessment and adjustment today and was absolutely floored by the kindness, service, and customer service of the entire staff. Dr. Mike Schnappauf took great care in going through the likely causes for my pain and seemed to really love his craft.
I have never seen a chiropractor before, but if I could recommend any team, this would be it. In a time where customer service is more novelty, I was very appreciative of their willingness to work with me and make sure I understood everything that was explained to me.

I have been seeing Dr. Art for close to 6 months now and have finally been provided with relief from 3 year long low back/ sciatica pain! If you feel like you’ve tried everything under the sun to fix your pain problem, just go to Dr.Art! I had no idea chiropractic care was what I needed & wish I went long ago. Dr. Art is kind, does not rush our time and is very knowledgeable (shares what to do at home to help). He does not push being on any sort of plan/coming in more than what I need (this place is insanely affordable in comparison). Every time I leave, I feel closer to being back to myself pre-injury. The office staff is very friendly & easy to work with.

It was an excellent experience getting PT sessions at Star Sports therapy and Rehab. They were very professional and experienced in their work. The PT sessions helped me recover and also they gave handouts about home exercises to follow. I am so glad that it’s so convenient and close by in Coppell!
