I've been coming to Resort Nail & Spa for a while now, my first visit here was excellent, pedicure and nails were great. My recent visit wasn't as smooth: the manicure left my cuticle cut and bleeding, and the polish was uneven with messy edges.

I reached out, and Andrew was incredibly kind and helpful, taking it seriously right away. Leann did an excellent job, she redid my nails with fresh gel polish, both toes and hands, and they look beautiful now. She's wonderful with gel nails and her attention to detail is great. Linda was also lovely and welcoming, she stayed right by my side and made sure everything was taken care of and done perfectly.

Love coming here, and asking for Linda as she is great with eyebrow waxing, dip and gel nails, and pedicure, I have been seeing her for more than 5 years, because she always does a great job, and place is so quiet and peaceful every time I go, so even though I have to drive a little far if driving from my house I don't mind.

Technician was fabulous. The person that was upfront doing the checking out smoked and coughed a lot and he just smelled like he’s been outside smoking way too much for the environment and when he was on the phone, he talked way too loud for everyone to know the business of all the customers it makes me second-guess about coming back
