I appreciated that she listened to my concerns and approached the appointment with patience rather than rushing the process. She also had excellent communication through the entire process which I appreciated so very much.

Both dogs looked and smelled amazing afterward. Their coats were beautifully cleaned up, their paw trims and sanitary trims were done with care, and the de-shedding made a huge difference.

If you have a dog that is anxious, fearful, or difficult to groom, I highly recommend Crystal. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the dogs she works with and goes above and beyond to create a positive experience for both pets and owners.

“Most personable and knowledgeable staff in a veterinarian office that I've ever been to. Took our 8-year-old yellow Labrador retriever who was having numerous issues. Swollen bloody gums, runny eyes, and a sore shoulder on her right leg. The veterinarian, (Steven Rapp) thoroughly examined her see if he could get her fit again and out of pain. He gave us some aggressive steroids and antibiotics and told us to come back in 2 weeks. We will see what the outcome is then but I'm giving it a five-star rating now just based on how knowledgeable and friendly the whole staff is and how clean and spotless examining rooms are“

“Paige did an amazing job on our malti-poo who is very difficult, and very skittish. Our original groomer could not manage his difficult behavior, so I decided to take over and do it myself. However, everytime we took him to get his teeth cleaned he would come back traumatized and got too difficult for me to groom him. We tried petsmart recently and they turned us away after he tried to bite. I found FluffButts, read some reviews, and scheduled an appointment. I was sure they were going to turn us away, but to my surprise Paige was fearless and kind and she took him under her arms and did the job. Well done! He's clean and happy now.“

“I love this place. I have been taking my 3 dogs here for around 7 years. The staff is friendly and patient with my little ankle biters. They take great notes so they know how I like my dogs hair cut. All I have to do is call and make the appt. The dogs always look great. They also take great care of my dogs while waiting for their cuts. They take them on potty breaks and give them snacks. I've never had an issues with nics or cuts. That was a huge problem I had with my past groomer. The facility is clean and the prices are great (that's important to me cause I have 3 fluffs). I'll never take my dogs anywhere else.“
