I usually don't have any issues when I visit. Staff is always friendly, the rooms are clean, and have all of my questions answered pretty straightforwardly.Prices are prices I know little to nothing about how things are priced but I usually walk away feeling like the prices are good.What stands out the most to me was that the weewee pad I initially placed in the kennel was soiled and the staff replaced it for me.I have been to different vet that just let the animals sit on the soiled pad till it was time for pick up. Which was from 9am to 5pm.

These people took my sick dog in as a walk in. My own vet couldn’t do it, but they did even though they were full. And I’m so grateful. So that last person who rated a 1 cause they wouldn’t see you on a day where they don’t see patients is just stupid. I waited an hour to be seen but I don’t care cause they stayed late to see my baby. The one little old doctor can’t work 24 hours a day 7 days a week. It’s not their fault you’re too stupid to know the difference between an ER and a hospital. Or maybe even call like most of us regular people do smh. All I know is they were so nice and really helped with my baby’s diarrhea. I found a new vet!

Dr. Homer and staff were very kind and caring with my little one and patient with me (I have hearing loss). Dr. Homer took the time to explain his diagnosis, giving me options for care, and to answer my questions.
