If you’re in the area and you like yoga even just a little bit, the whole vibe of Concrete Yoga is a must-visit, must-experience. From the ambience to the customer service to the quality of peace offered through their yoga classes. Also, the virtual classes are just as great as the in-studio experience for those of you who live far.“

“I haven't attended a class, but I've used their infrared sauna service twice now and highly recommend it! The single-person sauna unit is in its own room of the house...private and separated from the main room where classes take place. It's great to have a comfortable space where you can set down your belongings, change, and enter/exit the sauna without others walking by and without having to walk back and forth from a locker room facility. The staff is always very nice and friendly, and making reservations on their website is quite easy.“
