“I am really new to Agave Wellness and I just love it. I have only done two classes and I have left feeling uplifted, more patient, less stressed and slowly getting a handle and a re-direct on the work from home life that has sabotaged my health journey since Covid set in. The combination of a sedentary lifestyle (9+ hours behind a monitor all day), the skipping of an actual lunch hour, but eating at my desk and the lack of desire to engage with the outside world seems to be dissipating with each interaction at Agave. I just love Andi and look forward to our one on one sessions. I also enjoyed Joyce's one on one this morning. I have some pretty intense right buttock pain due to some nerve issues and they have been so great with ensuring my practice and poses are within my limits and gingerly pushing me to reach just a bit more. I could not be more pleased with my selection of Agave. I did my due diligence, I looked around, visited some places, talked to some instructors but by far and away Agave was my choice and I am so glad I took the leap.
