“I tried the 30 minute intro class they give for free and it was nice ! It was my first time in a reformer class and it was cool. I would recommend for people who are able to come consistently. I felt my muscles for about a couple days after I went . Try the free class and if you like it sign up if you can! The instructor was nice . The place seemed clean . I'd hope they spray down the equipment every now and then but if not they give wipes. The atmosphere was chill during the class and I think it's a nice Pilates environment for everyone.“
