All the things I’ve asked of Angie (studio owner), she’s went above and beyond to assist. Angie and the other instructors have definitely given more to me than I’ve given them. If you’re in the area and you like yoga even just a little bit, the whole vibe of Concrete Yoga is a must-visit, must-experience. From the ambience to the customer service to the quality of peace offered through their yoga classes. Also, the virtual classes are just as great as the in-studio experience for those of you who live far.

I’ve gone now twice. This mornings instructor was amazing! I enjoyed the morning flow…but more challenging but really good. Lots of breath work for it which I need. Quite a toasty room….class was not hot yoga. Bring water! Looking forward to other classes

Such wonderful teachers in a very welcoming space! They have a great variety of classes and times. This is such a great place where I always feel welcome and accepted as soon as I walk in the door!
