“A/C went out this summer and we were melting. Fast, same day service for the initial diagnostic. Technician was extremely friendly and very honest. We'd had another technician come out before him that was trying to upsell me on a membership and a bunch of extra things that weren't necessary. The guy from Bob's was great. No extra fluff. Quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the price. Straight to the meat and potatoes.They came out on a Saturday, but weren't able to order a new compressor for my unit until Monday due to the supplier being closed. We assumed we were stuck in the heat until Tuesday or Wednesday. I called around noon on Monday to make sure the order had been put in and was very happy to hear that our technician had already been able to find the compressor we needed and would be by in a few hours to make the repair. A/C is ice cold again. We were able to sleep comfortably 2 days earlier than id hoped for. Absolute 10/10. We'll definitely be using Bob's again... but, hopefully not for a long time though ?. Oh and one last thing, the repair was over $500 less than what I was quoted from the other company.“

One of my AC units finally was beyond the point of repair, they came out to diagnose on a Friday and Saturday morning they were at my house ready to replace. About 4 hours in and out and I couldn't have asked for more; they were friendly, thorough, respectful of property, showed me everything that had been done and left my house cleaner than it was before they got here.
