It was after we hired Temperature Solutions that we found this out. Since then, we have had another system put in. “I tried other AC people about my sequencer needing to replaced and they all were uninterested in doing the swap. It finally stopped working at all. I ordered a sequencer on line but like most all parts it was an upgrade from the original 2000 year sequencer i.e. more connections than the original. I transfered wires and noticed more connection and stopped and Stoffers who sent a technician out the next day. This guy knew what line in and lines out meant and low voltage and high voltage connections. He did an amazing job figuring out the mess I made for him. They will be my go to ac/heat company from now on.“

“A/C went out this summer and we were melting. Fast, same day service for the initial diagnostic. Technician was extremely friendly and very honest. We'd had another technician come out before him that was trying to upsell me on a membership and a bunch of extra things that weren't necessary. The guy from Bob's was great. No extra fluff. Quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me the price. Straight to the meat and potatoes.They came out on a Saturday, but weren't able to order a new compressor for my unit until Monday due to the supplier being closed. We assumed we were stuck in the heat until Tuesday or Wednesday. I called around noon on Monday to make sure the order had been put in and was very happy to hear that our technician had already been able to find the compressor we needed and would be by in a few hours to make the repair. A/C is ice cold again. We were able to sleep comfortably 2 days earlier than id hoped for. Absolute 10/10. We'll definitely be using Bob's again... but, hopefully not for a long time though ?. Oh and one last thing, the repair was over $500 less than what I was quoted from the other company.“
