They were able to send a technician right away. Our unit was not cooling properly and they were able to determine the problem right away. The technician even asked me to come to the attic so I can take a look at the issue. I haven't had any HVAC or AC company thoroughly explain the issue and show me where the issue is. Estimate was given same day and they have us on the schedule this week to do the repairs.
