“Got a call back from a technician ~1.5hrs after calling the office and he was there in 10min like he said he would be. NO cable guy vibes here! Quick diagnosis by the friendly/polite tech and cold air blowing within the hour! Maintenance plan offered was reasonable and I will be scheduling one. Be aware freon is $>outrageous<$ right now, $360 for 4lbs of 410A. That's everywhere right now even auto 134A. In all it was speedy service back to cold air which I needed for small kids. Would definitely recommend and use again!“
