I made appointments for my son and myself; I had the best experience, but as a mom, that’s not what matters to me. It’s someone who makes my child feel safe, allows him to communicate and be open and all of those feelings are natural. Dr. Berry did all of that and more! From the moment she walked into the room, it was such an open and welcoming feeling; my son asked before bed if we can go back to see her tomorrow! I’ll never see anyone else because this place feels like home! She’s incredible, her staff is incredible; I truly couldn’t ask for anything more! Is 5 stars enough? “Dr Pham is amazing! I went for a routine eye check and received some real life changing advice. I was having all kinds of headaches and eye issues but nothing seemed obviously wrong with my eyes. Dr Pham took the time to understand my condition, medical history, and general posture during the workday! After a few tips, my debilitating headaches went away and we came up with a plan to support my vision. They also have cute glasses! I’m very happy with my care and have been raving to my family about her and the team.“

Unfortunately, my experience outside of the exam room has been less positive, the customer service experience felt very transactional rather than welcoming. The sales associates did not appear particularly engaged or helpful during the frame selection process, and there was little effort made to provide style guidance or create a warm customer experience. A more modern, diverse frame selection along with a more energetic and customer-focused approach from staff would greatly improve the overall experience.

While I trust Dr. Albortz with my eye care, I will likely purchase my frames elsewhere moving forward.“
