Had to go in right before they closed. However, the staff did not act like they were closing. They took us in right away, made sure we completed the intake questionnaire and ensured they understood why we were there. The staff was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks
They consistently provide exceptional service. Lydia Cortez, the nurse practitioner, is always very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. I’ve had great experiences with the care I’ve received, especially from her. They are also good with kids. The only downside I would mention is that the wait times to see the doctor can sometimes be a little long.
The provider was great. She knew something further was wrong with my son that she couldn’t help with, and sent us straight to the ER. He had a tear in his spleen and was bleeding internally from a football injury. I’m grateful she gave me advice as a provider and as a mother!
