Wait times are minimal, with some patients reporting waits of less than 10 minutes. The clinic offers a great experience, with friendly staff and a caring atmosphere. The nurse who assisted was professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, making the whole process simple. Some found it easy and fast, generally convenient, though some require text/phone form filling. One reviewer noted the lady at the front desk was doing a wonderful job, answering phones, getting patients checked in, and helping coworkers. Dr. Van was described as the worst doctor, not caring about well-being or health.
In all the experiences I had at this place, they always gave me the best guidance, and considering the job injury I had suffered, they guided me in various fields. Also, especially from Mrs Belinda Veiverda Thank you. They helped me through all the steps and were very nice and kind. They always guided me with kindness.
I was a walk-in person needing to complete my med card for CDL licensing. I expected to wait hours however, I was seen and the physical exam requirement was all complete in less than 45 minutes! The staff was courteous and pleasant. The overall clinic was clean and organized. They also offer bilingual services for Spanish speakers which also was impressive 😀
I had to take a fitness test I waited less than 10 minutes and the nurse who assisted me she was very professional helpful and very knowledgeable she made the whole process very simple highly recommend Concentra.
