When our air gave out last week our home warranty company (American Home Shield) assigned our service request to Aloha AC and Heating. We have an old AC system that has been repaired and patched numerous times which can make new problems difficult to diagnose and fix. Despite this, Matt and Gino thoroughly and methodically went through our system and were able to narrow down the issue to a faulty component in our furnace - they made a special trip to get the needed replacement part and had our system up and running shortly thereafter. Great customer service
Gino provided excellent service, explaining the issues thoroughly. He was technically knowledgeable and helped me understand the problem, while also educating me on important things to consider as a homeowner.
