Of course our 3 ton AC unit for the upstairs was making a loud buzzing noise and not cooling the upstairs rooms, which were at 85 degrees, soon before potential buyers were due to arrive. I contacted Patriot and Paul almost immediately called me back, asked a few questions, then arrived and fixed it within the hour. I turned the downstairs 5 ton AC to really cold, and the one Paul just fixed started cooling the house as well.
