Smart Services and Sales LLC - Appliance Repair Austin is a highly recommended, locally owned repair service in the area. They offer fast, reliable, and responsive service with reasonable prices. The team has taken good care of customers who have had issues with various appliance brands such as Bosch and LG. The process from request to working appliance took only two days, with clear communication and a diagnosis provided upfront. The service person is respectful, fast, and leaves no mess behind. They offer a warranty for their work, providing an excellent experience for customers in need of appliance repair. Specifically, they have been praised for their quick and efficient dryer repair.
I would say this is the best appliance repair company in Austin area. Extremely knowledgeable, fairly priced, clear communication, easy scheduling and sometimes even the same day service.
They also work on commercial appliances including walk-in freezers and refrigerators.
Zaur came out to our house on Memorial Day in expedited time and quickly diagnosed the issue, ordered the part, and returned a day later to fix it. He was quick, reputable, and explained the problem to us thoroughly. Great service and we highly recommend this company to anyone. We had a Samsung Smart Refrigerator and it was a huge help to have someone in the area who handles ‘complex’ smart appliances like this.
Zaur is awesome! He saved us the hassle of dealing with the warranty company who scheduled us a week out. A week without a dryer is not reasonable. Zaur came the next day and got everything fixed very quickly. Highly recommend!
