“We've purchased appliances from Williams HVAC & Appliances for years! Jeff is very easy to work with on the purchase side of things. Renee is very knowledgeable and competent on the delivery side. Payments are easy to make online. A very good experience. :-)”
“My fridge was broken. Karl was able to advise whether to repair or replace over the phone, saving me a trip charge. (it would have been too expensive to fix). Then my washer stopped spinning. Same thing. He figured out over the phone that it was probably something minor. Karl came out the next day and worked his magic. He is very knowledgeable. But I mostly appreciate his honest expert diagnosis over the phone, not wanting to waste your time or $$. Very fair pricing too. Thank you, Karl!”
