Nick did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He is meticulous and did a great job fixing our Samsung electric dryer. He diagnosed the failed parts, explained everything to me and replaced the parts in about two hours. I called him at the end of the day on a Friday and he returned my call first thing Monday morning. My dryer was fixed before the end of the week. He showed up at my house right on time and could not have been more professional. I would not hesitate to hire him again. Thanks so much Nick!
My dryer stopped working and not only did Nick answer my call, he was able to come out the next day. He had the parts he needed in his van and repaired my machine on the spot. He cleaned the inside of the dryer and showed me a few things we could do ourselves to prevent future issues. Since my machines are 12 years old and have never had maintenance, we did that too. Hoping to get many more years of use. Definitely recommend The Washer & Dryer Guy.
Highly recommend Nick. A true professional, and honest person. Nick diagnosed my dryer and found SEVERAL issues. He said the repairs alone would be worth replacing the dryer. You can trust Nick!
