“Best place to take your pet. My dog was seen by the most professional and courteous staff/vets here. This location does get very busy and their waiting room gets packed. They do offer light refreshments while you wait which is a nice touch. They will also help you with any treatment and payment options too.“

“Our little Yorkie, Sophie, a 4 lb, 16 year old bundle of love was diagnosed with chronic kidney disease near the end of December 2025 and for the next two months spent three days a week getting fluids at Creekside Animal Hospital in Arlington. We would prepare the fluids at home and then take Sophie to Creekside and they would administer the injection. However, it was just a matter of time before our little Sophie Girl would cross that rainbow bridge and she did so on February 16, 2026. Her getting sick was more difficult for my wife and I than it seemed to be for our precious one and for two months the doctors and staff at Creekside were very understanding and caring and gave Sophie the best care possible under her circumstances. My wife and I wish to sincerely thank Creekside for the love they extended Sophie in her final days. For us, we are still coping with our loss, Sophie was our favorite hello and our hardest goodbye. “I love this Vet Clinic! I have been using it for all purposes (Vaccinations, illness, etc) for my fur babies for at least 7 or 8 years. Dr. Zach Sloan is fabulous with my Miniature Schnauzers! He is very gentle and my Boys love him. If you are in need of a great Vet Clinic, then you definitely ought to try this one out! You won't be disappointed.“

“The fact you can make an appointment at their mobile clinics was already a perk, but the team I saw today was SO friendly and patient with my anxious 46 lb dog. My dog has bad anxiety and due to bad past experiences, she’s extra anxious now when getting shots. Usually we can’t pick her up or get her to hold still enough for a heartworm tests but the staff did so well with her despite her efforts to flail around. The gentleman who helped calm her down and helped with the entire process was very friendly and made an effort to slowly get to know my dog and have her get comfortable with him before starting the process and that makes a big difference. I wish I got his name, but he was helping out this morning (9/21) at the Pet Suites location in Lewisville, TX. Maybe someone will know who I am talking about and give him some recognition. The whole team there was great ! I’ll continue to visit Penny Paws in the future for my animals now ❤️“

“We took our dog Teddy to get groomed for the second time at Mutt Hutt because the first experience was absolutely amazing. Our little guy came home happy as to where he did not have that same experience at other groomers. The second time we took him, we did experience a slight issue, but the groomers took full responsibility and took care of Teddy and all the expenses that it took to get the issue resolved. They went above and beyond and we will definitely continue to use them. Shout out to Heather for her exceptional care of Teddy!“
