“This place has been a blessing! I was afraid to start CrossFit again after almost 2 years off. However, Coach Alex took the time on the phone to answer all questions and immediately made me feel like my time and questions were important. He recommended foundations class due to the time away and I’m glad he did! I learned so much new information and have a better grasp of technique and mindset than I did before. The members are welcoming and I did not feel like “the new guy” like I was afraid I would. The gym is the perfect size: big enough to have the equipment and room to work out, but small enough to feel personal with the members and coaches rather than “another number.” The coaches say fitness is a journey, not a destination and that mindset helps. The focus here is getting better rather than lifting more weight. I’m happy to have found this place and would recommend ANYONE of ANY fitness level to try it out!“

“This gym is the perfect fit and location for anyone looking for a low price 24 hour gym membership. The NEW owner is incredible, once he gives you a tour he mentions everything he's done, all the new equipment he's installed, as well as plans DOWN the road for this spot. This gym has come such a long way since I started here back in November. Take full advantage of this location now. The owner also follows all Texas ordnance's so wearing a mask is entirely up to you! No one will judge if you have one or not. The owner of the gym has also set up benches, treadmills, and machines to the 6 FEET of distance guidelines. I have never had any issues in this gym with anyone, everyone has that natural Texas hospitality, cleans up after themselves, and wipes down machines. I will continue to lift here anytime, any day. I wish I could give 6 stars!“

“Friendly staff, spacious, and pretty clean. Only gave it four stars because they keep the gym hot, especially upstairs in the cardio area. It feels about 80 degrees up there every time I go. Would be much happier if they could drop the temperature 5 degrees.“

“ive always been helped here. the staff is friendly and available. the sauna in the locker room or out by the pool is always clean. my towels are always fresh clean, pickle ball has a good schedule and the dance classes i go to instructors always teach at a level where everyone can follow. i dont always go but when i do they always help me follow. the locker room is always clean. ive gone to other gyms where theres no soap or its dirty to even sit and change.“
