F45 Training Deerfield

I have really enjoyed every aspect of F45. The coaches are encouraging... they have a wonderful balance of pushing you to achieve your goals as well as laughing and smiling with you. Every class, no matter how big or small or what level of fitness you are at, the members come together as a team to push eachother forward. I highly recomend anyone who is looking for a change in their routine to give F45 a try.

I started at F45 as a New Year’s resolution, I’ve now been there for 8 months and it feels like I’m a part of the family. Jenn at the front desk and all the coaches are fantastic.My constructive feedback is two things. First, there should be a better water distribution system, a single water fountain not designed to refill water bottles is below industry standard. Second, the Deerfield location specifically declined to purchase the heavy weights package so as I’ve gotten stronger I can’t use a proper weight. They don’t have dumbbells above 66 lbs. If want a gym that cares about its members then this is the place. When you walk in the door you are always greeted by name and with a smile. They take pride in their studio and pay attention to all the small details. The workouts speak for themself! You never do a workout twice, they are challenging, and the trainers (Jordan, Daniel, Dyana, Naomi and Nik)are right there by your side. From top to bottom this is a very well run studio and the community of members are like family. Come check it out for yourself, you won't regret it.
