I have been going to this studio for many years and I've followed them to different locations. I've tried another group class and it didn't feel safe so I came back and won't go anywhere else. When it was semi private it was good but private instruction is even better. I love one on one with Luisa and Hugo with their different approaches to the sessions. I'm training for a half marathon and told them what I need from them and my program was adjusted. It keeps my back pain in check as well. I miss it when I can't come.
