Michael from ELK Contracting came to my house after a storm to look at a leak in my roof. He noted hail damage and helped me work with insurance company to roof fixed. He was very knowledgeable about working with Insurance and he was able to get my entire roof replaced through insurance. Also the work only took 2 days and was no disruption to my family. Very clean and professional. Stacy is absolutely awesome, finds the problem areas and goes to work. Extremely worth the time and money. First place I actually felt like work was actually being done and results were happening. Highly highly recommend. I’m closer to Austin and choose to drive 1 1/2 hours to Bulverde and I don’t drive for fun. Get an appointment set you won’t regret it

We built our house in Corderilla while living in Houston. We only interviewed preferred builders because we were told that the Corderilla COA was quite difficult to navigate. We were very happy with Stadler. They did everything and we only came in a couple times during the process. Videos, drone footage, zoom calls and an easy to follow app that gave us daily updates and photos. We are moved in and extremely happy with our new home. Thank you Jason and Dean.

Called Craig’s Septic Service to service our septic system that is over 30 years old. They provided great service, located the septic tank and explained what was needed. They were able to update the system with a riser to perform periodic maintenance. Chris and his crew did an excellent job at a very reasonable cost and will continue using them for all future maintenance. I would highly recommend Craig’s Septic Service.

Meloney did an outstanding job during our photoshoot at Guadalupe River State Park. We were extremely happy with the quality of the photos, and most of them turned out beautifully. She was a pleasure to work with—offering great advice on poses and outfit choices. Communication was seamless, with quick responses to emails, and the payment process was smooth. We felt it was an excellent value for the money. Meloney was also very accommodating when it came to incorporating our props and even spent extra time with us, providing more photos than we anticipated. Overall, we were very pleased with the experience!

Best eye doctor and staff around. No rushing. No pushing to buy their glasses. I had a eye emergency on a Saturday. Den Martin called me back. She was on vacation! Still helped me. I can't say enough about that! She then see me 1st thing on Monday. Her staff followed up in a few days to check up.

I've had no water pressure in my house for several days and was given the number for Ray Saur by our HOA, who uses his company for the work here. I called him and he got a plumber here today. I had numerous issues and was expecting a huge bill based on what I had previously paid for the same issues and was very pleasantly surprised, especially since I recently decided to try retirement. C.A.P.P.S. has done work for us in 2024. And we used them again 2026. They did excellent work in a timely manner. Julio was nice and professional. He answered all our questions and even gave us some helpful hints. On the cost below it was a little over $200.00. We will definitely use them again; if we have any other future plumbing problems. We highly recommend them.

This was my first time here after moving here a month and a half ago. I was very impressed by how well he was washed, ears, teeth, nails and everything. I took my smaller dogs for nails only. Jose Sierra installed our pressure regulating valve which was the key to restoring our water pressure to even better than it was when we first moved in. He had to dig down almost two feet to get to it and install the new one. He also flushed out our water heater and installed a new bladder on the top. All in less than 4 hours in the heat. Jose was extremely courteous, knowledgeable, and explained everything. He was also able to work with us on pricing through his manager. We're very satisfied with the service we received.

I had my first visit with Dr. Garcia and I was very pleased. I waited only three days for my follow up appointment. Dr. Garcia was the one that actually performed my cleaning. I had been told by another dentist that there was nothing that could be done about a chip in my lower front tooth. Dr. Garcia repaired this on my follow up appointment! I was just so happy with the care I received. The staff is very friendly and efficient. They worked with my insurance to ensure the best outcome financially. I would not hesitate to recommend this office.

Patriot Dog Training has been a great experience for both me and my pup, Ranger. He came into the board and train program with a basic command foundation, but also with some reactive tendencies that needed more focused work. The team did an excellent job reconditioning and reinforcing his skills, while introducing additional tools that helped him make real progress.
What stood out most to me is how supportive and invested their team is. I have primarily worked with Adrian and Jared and they are both personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the dogs they work with and the people attached to them. Adrian made sure Ranger and I were set up for success after the program by giving us the right tools, guidance, and follow-up support to keep him on track.
Dog training is a work in progress and definitely a two-way street, not a one-size-fits-all process. Patriot Dog Training understands that and does a great job making sure owners feel supported every step of the way. Had my Heatilator gas fireplace serviced. Steven the repair tech did a fantastic job. Replaced my bad pilot valve. Checked the fireplace operation and made sure it was safe to use. Gave me some pointers and info on my model which was very helpful. Courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Nice to experience such professionalism. Will be a returning customer.
