HIGHLY recommend Burn it in 30 for any women, lady, girl no matter what age you are. This amazing gym is a very welcoming, encouraging community! I’m a mommy that was desperate for wanting change in myself and in my life. I have tried several different gyms, programs and even on my own nothing seemed to stick.Till I became apart of BII30 it has changed my life around in such an amazing way!Burn it in 30 is more than just a weight loss program or a workout! Burn it in 30 is not just a gym, it's a life changing experience. It has become my favorite place, my favorite way to start my day, and my safe space. I've met some of my best friends here and the coaches are amazing. Marcela and her staff ensure they lay the foundation for women to make positive and sustainable changes in order to improve their lifestyle. I love Burn it in 30.

I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been, and I owe that to Burn It In 30. BII30 provided me with support, accountability, community, and the tools I needed to succeed. The coaches are amazing and I look forward to doing the workouts alongside the many wonderful women I have met.
