“I purchased a Samsung top load washer and dryer 10 months ago from Samsung.com. I also purchased the extended warranty for two years just to be safe. Last Tuesday, my washer stopped working after three loads. For some reason, the drum was not spinning. It was making a horrible noise and not fully draining. I called Samsung to schedule a repair. Little did I know, I would have to call three times for the same issue only to have my service request CANCELLED without my authorization. Getting help from Samsung and Nisi-Ha (the company Samsung uses for warranty repairs) was like attaching false eyelashes with super glue. In theory it may work but NOT a good idea! I spent over an hour on the phone with two Samsung customer care representatives in which English was obviously not their native language. To make matters worse, neither of them understood that my machine was not even a year old. Enter Smartfix Services. I read the reviews for SmartFix Services on Yelp. I sent a message and received a response within less than 20 minutes. Amal and his partner arrived within the designated timeframe. He quickly diagnosed the problem and within less than an hour, my machine was working again! These guys are professional, they took the time to explain what needed to occur and how long it would take, and most importantly how much it would cost to repair the problem. I wasted over $200 on an extended warranty with Samsung. Smartfix Services, exceeded my expectations! The are honest, hard working, and dependable. I HIGHLY recommend this company! “My home warranty company assigned ACT appliance to my service requests for my fridge and dishwasher. My fridge was not cooling properly and my Dishwasher was just not turning on. We had the same person come out for all 3 visits, his name is Yurri and he is very kind and helpful! On the first visit he was here for about 30 minutes and got the dishwasher going and figured out what part he needed to order for the fridge and we made a plan to schedule my next appointment. Second appointment took about 20 minutes to get the fridge working and it is like new again! (Try going without your fridge for over a month, it is terrible) Last appointment was because the dishwasher stopped working again and I had a 30 day warranty from the first appointment. It turned out to be an entirely different problem causing the dishwasher to stop working the second time, but again, he got it fixed in about 25 minutes! Very nice service from both the man who serviced all of my appliances and their phone customer service! I think I talked to a couple people there, but Belle was very pleasant and helpful on the phone! 10/10 recommend from me!“
