“Ruff Resort is THE best daycare and boarding facility in Fort Worth. My dog is truly cared for every day and the staff knows him by name as well as his needs. The facility is so clean every time and my dog literally jumps in my lap in the car every time we pull into the parking lot because of how much he loves the place! I feel so safe with him here when i’m at work or out of town. 10/10 experience every single time. Plus, they send daily pictures! :)“

“Dr. Melch is quite literally the best vet I’ve ever met. What struck out to me is how kind and loving they are towards cats! They have a designated room just for cats with a cat calming diffuser & a cat tree. Also, they set out a personal water bottle/water bowl, crunchy treats, and lick treats just for your kitty. All the other vets I’ve been to only have cheese in a can as an “enticing treat”? very thorough with the blood work and glad i found a place to care for my kitties.“

“I was able to get in immediately, which was a huge plus. The soap and water controls were a little confusing at first, but once I got started, I figured it out pretty quickly. I really appreciated that there was no time limit, so I could take my time to thoroughly wash and rinse my dog, then blow-dry and brush her out properly.

There was hair everywhere haha but that’s just part of the territory and the attendants were very helpful and friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely be back.“

“After my vet retired suddenly, I was in a panic. I found Mellina online and easily booked an appointment. They are great communicaters and made me feel good about choosing them. They have a really nice set up and the staff is incredible. They took my dog to another room for her shots etc, which I appreciated because it stresses me out to see her stressed. ? “Love my local Pet Supplies Plus! This location is such a big clean store in which I’ve found has an immense selection and variety to choose from. The staff there are wonderful and always so helpful with any questions I may have or if I need help with carrying a 50lb bag of dog food to my car when I go pick up from ordering online. Also my 4 Australian shepherds love that they always place a little free goodie bag of treats on their dog food for them to sample when I get home! Just the best and 100% pet parent recommended ! ?❤️?“

“I took my pet here because it was close to my house. I had good service at the time it wasn’t busy. They allow people to walk in basis which is good.
However, in the vet area it didn’t look that clean a lot of pet fur on the ground.
My pet had no fleas upon coming there. And like few days ago I noticed my pet itching more and I looked in there fur and one pet had brought home fleas to my other pet as well. Anyways so beware your pet can come back with fleas and I am treating them now. The pricing was high cost as well I called around and there was others less expensive but further away so you pay for the convenience. ?‍♀️“

“Staff is always friendly and helpful. Clean and it doesn't smell like a pet hospital. Staff is very acomodating. It has a pool and grooming. Spa so cool. Im not sure if they put cucumbers on thepets eyes though...lol you've got to check it out!“
