“Dr Hoffarth and his team are amazing. This is really an understatement if I am being completely honest. I have been a patient with Biofit since 2015 and can say that my experience with them has been top notch. I was very impressed as a new patient with their attention to detail. The DEXA scan is how we would always start our appointment, which provides results in real time. From there, Dr Hoffarth would spend the next hour reviewing my DEXA results, but more importantly, my blood work. Biofit's blood panel is the most extensive I've seen and Dr Hoffarth does an amazing job translating the results in a way that is clear, understandable, but still very thorough. I originally went to see Dr Hoffarth and his team due to low T issues, but have since utilized his guidance even more extensively after I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2018. Where I truly feel Dr Hoffarth shines is his ability to inspire and motivate me, as his patient, to take the most appropriate paths to healing, rejuvenation, and wellness. His empathetic, but direct approach, has always been a breath of fresh air and seems to be hard to come by these days in the medical field. Dr Hoffarth has also worked to ensure that I received the best treatment possible over the years, whether it be from within his own practice, or just taking the additional time to make sure I seek further guidance from other specialists in regards to my UC. As a cherry on top, Dr Hoffarth is always able to be reached directly on his patient portal and typically responds within a couple of hours or less. As of recent, I have been utilizing his services virtually and can say that zero value has been lost. Lastly, Dr Hoffarth takes a lot of time sending out monthly newsletters, personally written, with the latest updates for the practice, new and upcoming medications available for improving quality of life, as well as holistic techniques and practices that been proven to heal from the inside out. “I'm relatively new to ARC. I've seen a physician at a different location a couple of times and was in need of care months sooner than they were able to provide it. The scheduler was able to get me in to the Bee Cave location with Dr. Wang within the same week. Huge points for availability. Check in was a breeze. Two large waiting areas; however, didn't use because my name was called within moments. Yay. Dr. Wang has a great personality. He's very friendly and actually listens. He addressed all of my concerns thoroughly and promptly. Visit notes were available on My Chart the very next day - a Saturday! I have a follow-up telehealth visit with him this week, so I will see how that goes. Overall, a great experience. Definitely worth the extra distance because things worked so much more quickly. :) Plus - xrays available on-site. Very convenient. Tech was nice. Meh - some things are very antiquated. I actually had to fill out paper forms to allow them to share information with another physician. Gasp! Lol. And in order to share my images, I had to drive back to pickup a CD. What? They don't have the ability to forward them electronically.“
