“I've been here twice. I love that most of the staff is really great. I could do without the guy at the front desk who has an eye rolling problem though. The PAs there are rockstars! They know exactly how to treat respiratory illnesses and get me feeling better within hours. What I like a lot is that you can schedule appointments and see your place in line. You can also complete the paperwork before you even arrive. This makes the intake process go much faster.“

“I recently moved to San Antonio permanently and it's been tough finding a good GP. I had some head and neck issues come up with swollen lymph nodes and congestion etc. I found this place after being disappointed at another expensive "Emergency Care" and my husband googled this place. I cannot stress how amazing the staff was and my time here. After having a few swelling lymph nodes for weeks, today I'm finding relief and got all the medications I needed to make it right. My family will be going back here during the times we can't get to our GP in time. I saw Jessica Bruce, NP and she was super knowledgeable, nice, and answered all of my questions. Good reviews are important for everyone knowing where to find Great Care. The medical system isn't as great as it used to be for bedside manner and not brushing off people's problems so I'm leaving this review to let people know this is the place to go. I'm the type of person who reads up on everything medical, including the meds they give me and this place knocked it out the park. Avoid most places and go here!P.S. best of all they charged me EXACTLY what it says on my insurance card. Nothing more. Nothing less.“

“Been to this location twice in January 2024. An absolutely wonderful experience each time. Staff members greet you the minute you walk in the door with a smile on their face and IN their voice. After you're checked in, they'll direct you to the proper waiting area. One is for patients to see their doctor. Others are for labs, etc. These waiting areas are spacious and the "wait time" is not long at all. Multiple restrooms are located throughout the building. My physician created a treatment plan I am very comfortable with. I look forward to working with my new family at Gonzaba Medical Group on Bandera Road!!“

Attended to him right away. Explained what care was needed where he easily understood them. I am so grateful for the staff at Gonzaba.“
“First time there was urgent care everybody was so nice I checked with a receptionist and they asked for my identification status down then big wait very long they took us in doctors examine what was my problem and they quickly told me that I had to take some x-rays and after that I was gone and that was very nice.
