“We took our baby. in since he was feeling horrible, and a few things that made that visit extremely pleasant was the staff, the building and cleanliness. The staff, the MAs and Dr.Avalos were very friendly and pleasant to deal with. The clinic even though being an urgent care made you not feel like your child is just another number they were great. And the setup with the toys and wall art made it feel very homey. All in all I'm glad we brought our son here.“

“I came in last week because I was having trouble breathing/coughing fits. I was quickly seen. The facility was clean, quiet, and private. The MA (and she had a student with her observing/learning) was professional and kind. They listened to me, took notes, and I saw Dr. Valentin. He was excellent. He was thorough, assessed the conditions, and put me on a reasonable plan forward. He then called a couple days later to check on my progress and ensure I was following up with my primary care physician should my condition continue or get worse. He explained the diagnosis and what to expect (might take some time to resolve), and explained the medications I was prescribed in detail. He was knowledgeable, patient, and kind. I am the daughter of a physician, so have pretty high standards on what to expect -- and Dr. Valentin exceeded them. Strongly encourage anyone needing urgent care needs to consider this facility.“
