If you want to wait 3-5 months for a initial visit to become a patient then for urgent needs wait more than a month for acute care, this is great. If you have chronic issues and need to be seen in a timely manner this is not the place for you! I needed to be seen for an ear infection on 6/15 wasn't able to get them to look at apts for me till 6/17 due to the questions they asked triggering me needing to go to emergency however same symptoms a week prior and I didn't need that. The closest appointment for me would have been in AUGUST?!?! ALMOST 2 MONTHS OUT

Lone Star Circle of Care at Ben White has been an absolute blessing for me and my family. The doctors and nurses are compassionate, attentive, and truly take the time to listen to your concerns. Every visit feels personal and the quality of care is outstanding. The staff at the front desk is always friendly and helpful and the wait times are very reasonable. It is rare to find a clinic where you feel so genuinely cared for. I am so grateful to have this place in our community and highly recommend it to everyone.

I’ve been a patient here for almost 10 years. I’m always shocked at how friendly, helpful, and fast they are considering it’s a community clinic. Most recently, I had an appt scheduled months in advance and found out morning of my insurance had lapsed. I showed up early and they were able to approve me for their in house sliding scale plan before my appt! So I was able to keep my appt and only cost me $30 for everything! Abby especially was so kind and helpful. Thank you for being patient and the great work yall do!
