Austin Regional Clinic: ARC South Ob-Gyn

I have had really bad experiences with doctor's offices in the past but this ARC location has the friendliest staff and my favorite doctor. I am always greeted, handled quickly and with kindness, and sent about my day with another friendly farewell. My questions are always answered, I'm given so much information so I can be informed about what is happening with my own body, and talked through all my possible options. I hope to never have to go to another doctor's office again.

Phenomenal services. The front desk personal are always prepared to provide any aid. Dr. Williamson and her team of nurses are just amazing at there job. Dr. Williamson actually listened to me and found what was going on. I knew I needed surgery, but I was brushed away from other drs and was told to take opioids and vitamin D to help with what I was feeling. I couldn’t be any more happier with her services they provided. She is by far the most understanding and compassionate Dr. those are rare these days, it seems like people are only seeing there job as a payout. She treats you like you are a person and not just a number. I will highly recommend her.

I called to schedule an appointment. The provider I usually see was not available until January of next year. Erika was able to find a provider that was available for an earlier date to accommodate my schedule. Thank you Erika for your eagerness to help and your professionalism.
