After the foundation of my house was leveled the cracks in the ceramic tile needed to be covered. I knew very little about what was possible, what the process was like and how to get the best result. Alix and Leah in the south Austin store walked me through the different options and products and showed me dozens of samples in their inventory. I borrowed several to see how they looked in my house. Alix visited my house, prepared an estimate and bid that was competitive with other estimates I had.

Leah and Alix are my go to ladies for all things flooring - hardwood, carpet, vinyl.
We do a lot of restoration / insurance work and have to come up with matches on flooring products and these two have plenty of flooring options to and help me find the right color in a heartbeat every time. Contractor discount also helps us stay competitive with our flooring installs.
