Leah made this experience so easy. Then the guys who did the installation were amazing. Found out that the builder didn’t have a moisture below the floor, the concrete was so wavy and not flat. However, the Flooring Warehouse installation guys remedied all of what was wrong with our house. The flooring is absolutely stunning and the price is incredibly affordable (we had the whole house done). Now I love my house again! Thank you Leah and Edgar and team.

Alix was there every step of the way, from the estimate to the install! She made sure everything went according to plan, and even did a walk through the morning of to answer questions. The installation team went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction, and worked tirelessly to keep the installation on schedule. After the foundation of my house was leveled the cracks in the ceramic tile needed to be covered. I knew very little about what was possible, what the process was like and how to get the best result. Alix and Leah in the south Austin store walked me through the different options and products and showed me dozens of samples in their inventory. I borrowed several to see how they looked in my house. Alix visited my house, prepared an estimate and bid that was competitive with other estimates I had.
